Volunteering

We can always use some good volunteers. As a 501c3 non profit the volunteers make everything possible. If you would be interested in volunteering for coaching, or a board position you can find out more here

We can always use coaches! As long as you have some basic athletic knowledge, and a passion to help grow the sport; we would love to have you!

The club will provide some training to help you get started before the season, and the league helps coaches get training from USLacrosse for almost free, the club will reimburse you for that expense as well as long as you attend the class. We do require you to be a Uslacrosse member (it gives you insurance in case of injury)

These two positions are vitally important to coordinate with the league about the upcoming seasons games, schedule spring tournaments and state tournaments. It does not require a lot of time, but is essential for a successful season

I have decided to try and have a board of directors for the club. Last year my wife and I ran all of these positions. While I do not mind doing so, I see this as a community club and want some input from everyone on how they think we can make it better!

 So currently all positions are open 

President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and board member. All the positions would not require a vast amount of time to commit to. We would have about 5 meetings a year 

Septembe-December and one final end of season meeting around May. They should only last about a hour each.

This is a pretty important role for any organization, they are the face of the team and really help communication get out quickly in inclement weather or the occasional venue or time change.
